During the workshop, your team will develop a comprehensive study plan that identifies knowledge gaps so they can continue their studies when they finish. You’ll also receive a benchmarking report comparing your team’s results to others to help guide ongoing improvement. To support their preparation, this course includes 12-month access to the TDBoK™ Guide: Talent Development Body of Knowledge , the on-demand prep course, and access to a complete practice exam.
