CEOs' Talent Development Priorities

One-quarter of CEOs say their businesses have changed forever, according to the KPMG 2021 CEO Outlook Pulse Survey. That means these executives need to rethink how to leverage talent in their pursuit of business excellence. From how employees will return to the workplace to responding to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) issues to investing in reskilling and upskilling the workforce, recent studies shine a light on critical C-suite priorities.
