I have been in the Learning and Development space for 13 years and consider myself a lifelong learner. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing and took some Master's Level courses in Network Communications and International Business. 

I am a married, father of three and active in my church and in my community. My kids teach me to look at life from several different perspectives and through many different lenses. I am able to use those perpectives to empathize more effectively with the adult learners that I encounter professionally.

My professional role as a Training Manager in a Manufacturing facility allows me to apply my learning in classroom delivery, instructional design, coaching and other learning modalities. In that role, I oversee the training function for manufacturing and corporate employees, developing strategic learning plans and delivering Leadership Development content. Working in Sales, Customer Service, Leadership and Training across telecommunications and manufacturing industries has helped me gain an understanding of business concepts, such as Lean Principles and Change Management. 

I enjoy listening to and playing music and can sometimes be found performing stand up comedy at local open mics and showcases. I am currently honing my skills as a voice actor in hopes of one day performing in a cartoon that my kids love.
