During her corporate roles, she built the leadership development strategies in companies like LexisNexis, Syneos Health and Misys, using the Leadership Pipeline Principles which were introduced to her while at IBM by Stephen Drotter. In addition, she has been entrusted by senior management to support them in building high-performance teams and managing cultural change. She has deep expertise in enabling organizations to deliver talent outcomes and is recognized for her systems thinking in addressing complex business challenges.
