I transitioned to corporate learning in early 2020 after a decade working in higher education. I happily consult with any organization in the business that produces training so that I can help them up for success to achieve their desired training results.  I most enjoy teaching behavioral skills, communication, and supporting leadership development programs.  Learning evaulation is a huge focus for me as well as I try to calibrate sessions and offerings for maximum impact.  Broadly speaking, I spend a lot of time working across departments to address needs that propel individuals and organizations forward via a combination of creative problem solving and down-to-earth practicality.
