Harish Karthikeyan serves as Founder and Principal Consultant of Prokta HR Solutions. In his current role, Harish is responsible for leading Prokta's overall human resources strategy, global talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design and cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology, employee relations, and employee engagement. As Principal Consultant, he has changed the function, culture, and impact of HR across all clients to support its business goals and strategies as well as the needs and aspirations their employees around the world. He has worked with leaders around the world representing diverse industries and domains to build and manage an HR organization that reflects and supports their dynamic needs. He has overseen efforts that have resulted in: more effective and streamlined companywide talent acquisition practices that better utilize technology, more thoughtful, comprehensive talent management and talent development programs.

Harish has been a leader in Human Resources for nearly three decades, focused on driving business results through the unique intersection of strategy, talent, and culture. With a distinct focus on leadership, his areas of expertise include developing top talent, succession planning for critical roles, helping organizations thrive in dynamic conditions and leading large-scale complex change. He is focused on an empowered employee experience to help people achieve their full potential at work and deliver customer success.

During the past two decades, as a senior HR Leader, he has been a presenter at many conferences, educational institutions and corporates. He is a thought leader on the importance of mental health priorities and is working with mental health professionals establishing partnerships with many leading behavioral change and wellness organizations and also leads efforts to help eliminate stigma surrounding mental health.

Harish has earned his bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Taxation from Kerala University and his MBA Human Resources from Mahatma Gandhi University and Post Graduation in Strategic Human Resources Management from IIM Kolkata.
