I am a seasoned learning design leader with over 20 years of experience driving high-performance teams and innovative learning solutions. In my current role at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, I lead a team of learning designers focused on promoting best practices in online and in-person learning experiences for manufacturing personnel.

I have a PhD in Educational Leadership, an MAEd in Adult Education and Distance Learning, and a BA in Corporate Communication. My professional interests include online instructional design for adult learners, coaching and mentoring personnel, and streamlining operations of training design functions.
