I began my work with TruMark Financial in July 2016. As VP Learning and Development Director, I am responsible for the credit union's technical training, eLearning, and leadership development initiatives. I consider myself to be a trainer, speaker, and team builder.  Positive energy and enthusiasm are two of my most noticeable traits. 

I am a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with B.A. and M.A. degrees in Speech Communication.  In addition to my formalized schooling, I have earned Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) and Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) designations through the Credit Union National Association (CUNA). I earned my Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD^®) certification through ATD in November 2020. I also had the privilege of participating in Wave 8 of the Filene Research Institute's i3 program. Prior to joining the credit union movement in 2005, I worked in a diverse variety of positions including Radio Announcer, Professional Vocalist, University Faculty, Job Placement Coordinator, and Retail Manager.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time and watching movies with my husband and five kitties.
