Renée's consulting background includes 14+ years with global and U.S.-based organizations, including Hilton, Marriott, Lockton Companies, and Healthfirst, serving as a senior strategist and advisor on talent solutions and organizational development. Renee's passion is guiding organizations on how to improve individual and team performance and advance talent goals, all while aligning to key business objectives.

Renee is also a member of the Community Advisory Board of United Against Poverty Orlando (UP Orlando) and serves on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee of the Greater Orlando Organization Development (GOOD) Network.
