ABOUT ME

I am the Learning Experience Manager for P&G North America Talent Development.  I serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Skill of Facilitation, with over a decade of facilitation experience.

I started my career at P&G in 1998, as a technologist (B.S. Chemistry, Miami-OH). I received my first of six patents in 2005 with experiences spanning Consumer Research, Competitive Analysis, Upstream Technology, and Formula Design in both Fabric and Beauty Care.

Along the way I discovered my talent for facilitating and created a personal persistence for "solving the RIGHT problem". This led to a career transformation from leading “go to market formula design” for P&G Personal Cleansing (Olay, Old Spice, & Gillette) – to becoming Master Facilitator at the GYM, P&G’s Innovation and Creativity space.

My expertise beyond facilitation includes of Creative Problem Solving, Design Thinking, and other various innovation methods/tools.  I have been acknowledged for my contributions to the "body of knowledge" in Creative Problem Solving in two books (Design-Centered Entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurship: The Disney Way),

I ’ve been the lead faciliator for a variety P&G courses and have been honored to be a featured presenter for various P&G functions and external conferences.
