When I took my first call center job fresh out of high school, I never imagined where it would lead. I have had the good luck to apply my experience in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, waste disposal, natural gas utility and healthcare. I landed in my first L&D role 7 years ago, and found a home for my deep passion for developing and growing people. I apply my talents in front of the classroom and behind the scenes as a manager for a fully remote training team.
