Zsolt Olah is a Sr. Learning Technologist at Amazon, working in the intersection of data, technology, learning, and engagement. Previously, he worked in workforce development as a Manager, Digital Learning & Experience at Amazon Web Services. Zsolt over 20 years of experience in the learning and development space. His passion, to combine innovative learning and performance technology with human-centered design, goes back to his thesis project, where he built an artificial neural network using machine learning. Zsolt's current mission can be summed up by four words: Less content, more impact!

Zsolt is a frequent speaker at learning conferences on the subject of data literacy, learning technology, engagement, and game thinking for L&D. He is also the author of the book, Engage the WORL&D!, exploring six essential traits of instructional design through adventures in an imaginary WORL&D.
