With 29 years of expertise in Technical Training and manufacturing in the pharmaceutical sector, I am a seasoned professional in talent development, holding an MS in Pharmaceutical Operations Management and a Professional Plus Membership of the Association of Talent Development (ATD). Currently, I lead the Technical Training function at Syngene International Limited, a leading contract research and manufacturing organization.

My core competencies include designing and executing technical training for various modes of delivery, assessment, and certification, as well as training effectiveness metrics and evaluation. I also partner with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to support capability-building initiatives and skill gap identification. I have played a key role in establishing Technical Training infrastructure, designing training processes, remediating training procedures, implementing and enhancing Learning Management Systems, and presenting the training function during audits. I ensure training system compliance with regulatory requirements, such as FDA and GMP, and manage training budgets and teams across multiple sites.
