Performance Evaluation in Pakistan

One Pakistani company is using elements of gamification in its training processes to improve employee morale and boost engagement. Muller & Phipps Pakistan is allocating time for employees to participate in online training courses related to their careers. Individuals score points for performing well during these courses, and those points are then used to “unlock” higher levels of training, including international studies. Human Resource Director Ahmad Ali Zia says the system has worked so well for the organization that it’s being replicated in other regions, adding that companies that already had strong performance evaluation systems tend to see the most immediate benefit.
