As the Director of Learning and Development at US LBM, I am responsible for all associate development strategies and implementation. Through our two Learning and Development partners we work with our divisions on everything from personal development plans to formal leadership training. We pride ourselves on being leaders in our industry with our focus on Operational Excellence and providing job specific learning experiences throughout all levels of our organization.

PRINCE II and SPHR certified, I have over 17 years' experience in HR related areas of Safety and Compliance, Recruiting, Training, Talent Management, Project Management and HR Systems implementation. I have worked in a variety of industries from Financial Services to Wholesale Distribution, and in cities ranging from London to Denver.  Currently I live in Charleston, SC and spend my fun time exploring my new city and fixing up an old house.
