Bonnie Endicott serves as Vice President of Employee Resources at Zachry Group. She and her Team have responsibility for compensation, benefits, talent management, corporate talent acquisition, new employee orientation and recognition programs.  Her favorite stories to share are how the HR Professionals at Zachry Group make that magic HR connection that supports the success of employees, leaders and business objectives. 

Bonnie earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.  Throughout her career, Bonnie has led employee-focused initiatives with Fortune 500 organizations including IBM, Capital One and Southwest Airlines.  Most recently, Bonnie led Talent Management at Southwest Airlines as a Director in the People Department.  She also served on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Chapter of the Association of Talent Development (ATD).
