After obtaining my degree in Mathematics from The University of Georgia, I taught in brick-and-mortar schools for many years and ran a successful tutoring business.  Approximately a decade ago, I joined the Development Team at Georgia Virtual School, a division of the Georgia Department of Education. This is where my passion for Instructional Design began.  

My role as Director of Training and Development with Mark Spain Real Estate allows me the opportunity to train, coach, develop and invest in top REALTORS in the industry.

I have experience maintaining multiple Learning Management Systems while developing eLearning content to engage students of all ages.  I recently studied under Dr. Gregory Clinton obtaining my Instructional Design and eLearning Certificate from The University of Georgia.
