ABOUT ME

EJ Steele is an instructional designer, executive coach, mentor coach, business consultant and keynote speaker in the areas of leadership, organizational development, and performance management. As an advocate, his intention, mission, and purpose are to coach leaders who then help others excel, which has been the focus and trajectory of his training and professional development throughout his career. Steele has worked with various types of individuals and organizations including start-ups, government agencies, colleges, non-profits and Fortune 500 companies. As an executive coach, he leverages technology and ontological coaching to create a space for executives and managers to disarm, disclose and attain self-discovery. Steele also provides support as clients navigate the internal and external forces that can hinder progress. Steele received his training from an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited coach program through a partnership with The Center for Nonprofit Management (CNM) and coach and trainer Damian Goldvarg, MCC, principal of Goldvarg Consulting Group.
