As a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) with 15 years of experience developing, facilitating, and managing leadership programs, Eric understands what it takes to create real-world behavior change, and his passion for helping people grow shines through in everything he does. Eric’s talks and seminars are a fun, engaging journey through the real-world leadership challenges we all face.

Eric volunteers extensively in the learning and development community. He is an active member of the Birmingham, Alabama Chapter of the Association for Talent Development, having served as the President (2018), VP of Finance (2017), and VP of Programs (2016). He also served as the committee chair for the Associated General Contractors of America’s Training, Education, and Development Steering Committee in 2019. He is currently serving as a National Advisor to Chapters (NAC) for ATD.
