I have been at Direct Federal Credit Union since September 21, 2015.  I count myself lucky to have the opportunity to Onboard ALL new hires, hence getting to meet everyone and give them each a warm welcome and thorough introduction to Direct and our Culture.

I enjoy my role of Director, Training and Development.

My Skill set includes Training Development and Delivery, instructional design, facilitation, public speaking, Leadership, knowledge of Lean tools, and PowerPoint is my favorite of the Microsoft Office Suite, I also recently received my Articulate Storyline Certification.    

When I’m not working I enjoy going to concerts, swimming, reading, going to the beach, eating dinner out, and spending time with family and friends.
