I hold a Professional Postgraduate Human Resources Management Diploma from the American University in Cairo and a Hospitality Leadership Diploma from the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality – United Kingdom. Moreover, I am a certified Trainer from the American Chamber of Commerce “TOT” and a graduate from the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels Management.
