I grew up on the island of Guam never knowing I'd be doing what I'm doing. I went to the University of Pennsylvania and spent most of my time rehearsing, performing, and playing volleyball. Academically, it was Psychology that fascinated me - why people do what they do. But my passion was the performing arts and after graduation I moved to the Big Apple to perform professionally. While doing that, I also got a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia. I got a job offer to move back to Guam to do a Las Vegas show there. After a few years, I transitioned to Las Vegas entertainment until I decided to "use my degrees, so my parents won't kill me." I fell into hospitality, and fell in love with it. I created a niche for myself - teaching people how to treat people, and making places into five star places.
