In March 2021, I moved into Vancouver, BC, Canada from Japan where I now remotely work as a Research Fellow of ISIT, Institute of Systems, Information Technologies and Nanotechnologies.   Immediately before my move to Vancouver,  I served as Vice Mayor of Fukutsu City following after Executive Director at Fukuoka Prefecture Gender Equality Center. 

I have enjoyed my role as a strategy and organizational development facilitator or a change agent for reinventing corporations, national/local governments, hospitals and universities over 30 years.   My experience includes a consultant to intoroduce Balanced Scorecard approach to healthcare organizations and universities in Japan.

In the last 10 years, my focus was on enhansing collaboration among Industry-Government-Academia-Citizen utilizing my experiences as member of governmental committees, corporate boards and advisory boards.
