As the Director of Professional Development at the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), I lead a diverse team of staff, subject matter experts, volunteers, and external partners in developing and delivering evidence-based addiction treatment education programs.

With over fifteen years of professional and education experience, I am skilled in leading, developing, and managing high-quality workforce development education programs and conventions. My expertise spans both corporate and non-profit settings, where I have delivered results-driven professional development aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals.

Apart from my work at ASAM, I actively volunteer with professional organizations, including the Metro DC Chapter of the Association for Talent Development, Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions and Professional Convention Management Association.
