I serve as a subject matter expert of instructional design principles and approaches, designing high quality learning experiences that embrace different styles and approaches to ensure associated blended learning activities enable learner success throughout the complete learner journey. My work involves collaborating with Leaders and SMEs to translate complex needs into learning outcomes and creative blended learning approaches, and I deliver requirements on a variety of assigned projects and initiatives, all of which enhance leadership learning to a high standard, delivering on time, within budget and meeting stakeholder needs.
