I am the business owner of IBS Consultants, providing consultancy services to companies and organizations.  Also, I am the Learning & Development Manager, Special Projects at Florida DBPR. I Iearned a law degree (JD equivalent) at the University of Pavia, Italy and a Professional Master in Labor Law from CEGOS/AIDP in Milan, Italy. During my professional career, I have served as the retail
development and head of the legal office to the Italian subsidiary of an international luxury
manufacturer/commercial company, where I was also responsible for organizational development
management, HR Retail, and training & development. After I moved to USA for family reasons, I
earned a Master Degree in Italian Studies at the FSU Department of Modern Languages, where I have
been teaching Italian language and Italian for Business courses as a Faculty Adjunct for five years.
I earned a LLM Degree in Introduction to American Law for foreign lawyers at the FSU –
College of Law. I am a Florida Supreme Court Family and Circuit Certified Mediator. I am a
business coaching expert with years of experience in organizational development & development; and talent management in private businesses.
