Terry Copley is the Head of Solution and Experience Management for Hilti, Inc., headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Terry has over 20 years of experience in a variety of roles related to personnel development, sales and leadership competency development, and eLearning. He has successfully implemented eLearning solutions in two large multi-national companies, including Hilti. He is a certified coach, having received certification from both InsideOut in the United States in 2013 as well as the Institute of Leadership and Management in the United Kingdom in 2014.

 He has moved sales training in Hilti, Inc. from a new hire orientation session to a fully blended, multiple touch point, and results-oriented curriculum that ensures new hires can be successful in their first year on the job. He also successfully implemented an app-based salesperson development tool that incorporates many social components.
