I lead a team of 14 branch and contact center new hire, operations and behavioral skills trainers.

In addition, I have facilitated behavioral, soft skills and leadership classroom and virtual training in a retail bank environment.  I am a certified InsideOut Coaching & Breakthroughs Facilitator, The MAGIC of Customer Relations Facilitator and FranklinCovey classroom and LiveClicks facilitator.  I have delivered Strengths Finder, DisC, DiSC Work of Leaders, 360 Degree Leader, Conflict Management, Leading at the Speed of Trust and Project Management Essentials as well as created unique content to meet stakeholders' needs, including around The 4 Disciplines of Execution.
