Becky’s rich corporate career includes DISH Network, ICG Communications and Chevron.  She has experience in Accounting, Finance Marketing, Sales Communication, Sales and Call Center Leadership Development and Talent Management teams. Her experience spans a variety of industries including pay-tv, telecom, energy, mining, non-profit and furniture retail industries.

In 2015, Becky successfully completed the Transformational Coaching Program at Blue Mesa Coaching, and immediately achieved her Associate Coach Certification from the International Coach Federation, she received her Professional Coach Certification and a certified Positive Intelligence Coach in 2021. Becky combines coaching with team workshops and leadership development training that support the success of executives, and high potential individuals.

Becky was Chair for the 2021 ATD International Conference Planning Advisory Committee and served on that committee in 2018. 2019 and 2021.  She was Director of volunteers when this ATD International Conference was in Denver in 2015. Becky is past President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ATD.  She was an Ambassador for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Leadership and Executive Community of Practice, and is currently Director of Communication for her local ICF chapter. 

Becky is currently CEO, Executive coach and development leader with Homestead Coaching and Consulting.
