Since college, my career has been primarily focused on training and development.  Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to immerse myself in all aspects of coporate learning.  Most of my work has been focused on leading training teams to partner with internal and external stakeholders to create, deliver, and manage learning solutions.  

When I'm not working, I am usually busy being a husband and father to two daughters.  If I'm not a work or with my family, I can be found vonunteering in my community, on the trails or road on my bike, or at the grill.
