I am a people developer.  Since 2005 I have worked as a team player focused on innovation, growth, and success of my peers and coworkers.  Over a decade experience in Property & Casualty Insurance, and 15 years in leadership and development, including training new hires and tenured employees.

Outside of work I'm passionate about volunteering with my local community and VA, I'm a musician (guitar) and love to travel.
