I am an instructional design manager and consultant with experience leading teams and writing courses for classroom, webinar, and elearning. I have worked since 1992 in the training industry, presented at a number of conferences, and led teams who have received an Excellence in E-learning award from Brandon Hall, and a Learning Leader award from Bersin and Associates.

I have worked with a wide variety of clients, contributed to the success of several project teams, and I have always found ways to make training projects run a little smoother. I have designed training for network engineers, automobile salespeople, manufacturing employees, design engineers, family court judges, military personnel, bank tellers, grocery store employees, and others. My enthusiasm and positive attitude make me a strong member of any team.
