Hello,

I am a Operations Training Facilitator for Badger Intfrastructure Solutions. We are the nations largest Hydrovac company with over 162 offices in the USA and Canada. I have been training new operators for the past 4 years at our US Corporate office in Indianapolis, IN. I have been with Badger for over 7 years now.

I have always been drawn to teaching people. Once I know a product, I can talk about it and explain it easier to other people. Majority of the time in my career I have been a "Hands On" Instructor. The Product or Vehicle has always been in front of me. Since Covid struck in early 2020, I have had to learn how to connect with people in a different way. I am doing the same job but now I am doing it virtually for the most part. 

I am looking to expand my knowledge on Facilitation and how to better connect with people, whether in person or virtually.
