Head of learning and development for the revenue organization of the leading Fortune 100 financial technology services company, Fiserv.
Reporting to the Cheif Operating Officer for Global Revenue, I lead an independent team of direct reports and assigned operations resources to build, implement, and oversee all learning and development programs and initiatives for the global revenue organization. We serve a core audience of 2,000+ associates as well as various enterprise-level initiatives for all associates, ~40k.
I act as a senior advisor to the CSO, CRMO, and COO-Rev, and CRO regarding change management, organizational development, talent strategy, DE&I, internal solutions implimentations, and department operations. I am a leader on the board of the Global Learning Council and work across all departments at to ensure alignment and effective collaboration with enterprise and department-level L&D and other internal service teams.
I proudly designed and launched our rigorous Sales Academy, a 3 year rotational career acceleration program for early career professionals, providing a strong pipeline of diverse sales executicves, relationship managers, and leaders for the organization. I find great joy in seeing our alumni already moving into high-level roles that generally require 5-10 years of experience and performing exceptionally in those roles.
