With a PhD in Training and Performance Improvement and an MS in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University, Dr. Elizabeth Bailey has demonstrated expertise aligning training and other interventions with business processes and providing training and communication to clients, team members, and stakeholders to integrate with business operations. She has progressive learning and development experience within several industries including healthcare, government, software development, deregulated utilities, oil and gas, and financial services, where project deliverables and performance improvement measures have been successfully aligned with business processes. She currently uses her knowledge as the Director of Training. Through teaching courses at the community college and university levels, she has experince with curriculum planning, instructional design, and course development. Dr. Beth belongs to several professional organizations, including Association for Talent Development, International Society for Performance Improvement, and the Society for Technical Communication, where she has been recognized as a Fellow.
