I recently joined the public sector after several years of organization development and training experience in private industry. I have a real passion for helping leaders and teams reach their full potential and to be the best versions of themselves. I am a two-time alumni of George Mason University, with a B.A. in Music and a M.S. in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management. In my free time I enjoy the great outdoors as a Scout Leader and soccer dad with my two boys. I also enjoy cooking and spending time with my wife, Laura.
