From my early experiences as a doctoral candidate, I conducted innovative empirical research on organizational change, humanizing group experiences, and driving an in-depth understanding of key systems and structures. With 20 years of progressive, professional experience in education, I have strategically designed, implemented, assessed, and transformed learning-centered programs and initiatives. I am proud of the impact my efforts have had on thousands of learners, professionals, and various stakeholders, building inclusive, collaborative, and safe environments that are conducive to learning.
