Jane M. A. Amisi (Ph.D) is a HR and Leadership Development expert- Trainer, Coach and Speaker.  She is devoted to sharing HR expertise, applying key principles and strategies to solve HR challenges and enhance capabilities that drive both professional and business performance. 

Dr. Amisi has worked within the Kenyan Civil Service for the past 15 years holding various positions. Currently she serves as an Assistant Director in Administration, Ministry of Land and Physical Planning. She has served as part time lecturer at Rongo University and Kenyan Institute of Management as Strategy Conssultant.

She holds a Doctorate Degree in Human Resource Development from University of Malaya, Malaysia, Master’s Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Bharathidasan University, and Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Punjab University, India.     

She is the Director of Pinning Point, HR Consultancy firm committed to empowering and transforming individual and organisational performance through Individual/group trainings and coaching. Her areas of interest include HR training and consultancy, organisational behavior, leadership development, talent management and career Development. She is a practicing Coach with Erickson International and a member of the John Maxwell Team of Trainers, Coaches and Speakers.
