I have knowledge of learning principles, such as adult learning, experiential learning, and microlearning. I ensure that every learning activity is impactful, relevant, and engaging.

I have analytical and problem-solving abilities, which allow me to make data-driven decisions and measure the effectiveness of my programs. I use tools and methods to collect and analyze data, such as surveys, assessments, feedback, and analytics. I identify gaps and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations and solutions.

I have a record of managing and executing various L&D projects, such as onboarding, leadership, diversity, and digital transformation. I’m always looking for ways to improve and innovate, and to share my knowledge and best practices.
