I am an instructional designer, training developer and LMS administrator at Donor Alliance.  Donor Alliance is a federally-designated, non-profit organ procurement organization and an accredited tissue bank. Before joining Donor Alliance, I worked for Englewood based IHS, Inc. for over 20 years.  IHS is the leading provider of industry information, insight and economic forecasting in the world.  Utilizing my outstanding communication skills, my ability to lead virtual and live training sessions, and my commitment to serve both internal and external customers, I was responsible for developing and designing sales training curricula and coordinating and leading a variety of employee development training programs.
