ABOUT ME

Began my career in learning through the disciplined sport of martial arts. I enjoyed the activity and its benefits so much I was interested in becoming an instructor at quite a young age. For roughly 10 years, I lead several students through their development and became a chief instructor partnering with the business director to grow and improve the value and quality of the program. After completeing my bachelor's in Sociology, getting married, and seeking more opportunity, I changed direction and entered into the corporate world as a facilitator of a learning and performance group in the housing and lifestyle market.

It was during that time that I helped develop and deliver learning solutions aiming to shift towards a culture of learning and accountability. I was more and more becoming identified as a valueable consultant on HPI and processes for changing roles and direciton of the company. Through my facilitation and expertise, I set my eyes on the next level of performance consulting and project management. The Learning and Performance team created the role of Learning Project Manager, which largely focused on consulting (learning/performance needs analysis) and management of learning solutions acorss the enterprise to achieve business goals and increase results.

I am consistently learning new methodologies, strategeies, tools, and processes to help create efficiencies, productivity, success, and ultimately set the stage for development within the company's workforce and workstreams.
