ABOUT ME

I use technology to deliver engaging sales skill training to high-performing account executives. These strategic account executives go on to drive increased revenue through the use of their enhanced skills. In addition to driving revenue, these highly skilled SAEs possess strategic insights into their client’s business allowing them to bring more impactful solutions to the table. This purposeful, strategic approach results in meaningful client relationships, happy clients, and a higher-than-average retention rate.

Over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry as both an employer and broker gives me a unique perspective as a trainer. As a former Human Resources professional, I possess an in-depth understanding of HR management and laws. Also, as a Senior Account Executive with HUB, I was responsible for overall client retention and strategy. In addition to being an ATD-certified Instructional Designer & Master Trainer and NAHU-certified Health Care Reform Specialist, I have maintained my Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation since 2006. I use this broad base of expertise and experience to equip HUB’s service teams and new producers with the technical and strategic knowledge they need to succeed.


The SAE Account Expansion Program, my most recent design/development project, received the GOLD award for Best Sales Training from the Customer Sales and Service World Awards organization.
