As the Director of Learning at a global structural engineering firm, I have responsibility for supporting talent development and firm-wide performance goals. Activities include supporting employee engagement, knowledge management, curriculum development, and LMS administration.

I am a long-time and active member of ATD Austin - having served multiple leadership roles, including President. Five years ago I launched a Leader in Learning initiative for our chapter, which recognizes and promotes the accomplishments of L&D professionals in central Texas.

In 2012 I earned the CPTD credential (formerly the CPLP), which has been an important aspect of my career development.

Finally, in 2017 I became a National Advisor for Chapters (NAC) and look forward to this involvement with ATD chapters.
