I am Marcela Jimenez, originally from Colombia, and I have lived in the USA for a long time. 

I am fluent in Spanish and English, and I love development and helping others. My bachelor is in Industrial Engineering, and I have a master's in Project Management. I believe everything in life is a project, and my curiosity and creativity also allowed me to be a Professional Photographer in my free time. For this reason, I consider myself to be visual and put the pieces together to resolve a problem beginning from the most simple parts to acquire the knowledge to help everyone to meet goals.

I been in training and involved in the change management process for long, developing processes and procedures. I am happy to be incorporating this knowledge to develop training knowing more about Instructional Design and eLearning.
