Marisa P. Gaytan is Manager of the Training & Organizational Development department at Brownsville Public Utilities Board. Her team has been recognized by the following:

Marisa has over 25 years experience as a professional in industries such as Higher Education, Healthcare, Law Enforcement and Utilities. Prior to joining BPUB, Marisa was Director for I.T. with Valley Regional Medical Center. She is a currently a Texas Mediator, DDI Coach, and Barrett Values Certified Consultant. Marisa has a passion for helping people with their development.

As a strategic partner, she understands that an organization’s success is only as strong as its weakest player and that investing in employees continued development drives the organizations success.  

A current inititive for Marisa is helping serve as a change agent for the BPUB focusing on the organizations Culture Transformation. BPUB strives to develop and maintain a Values-Driven Corporate Culture.
