Since 1995, Mia has provided learning and development solutions for the global automotive and healthcare industries, including the engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales, dealer operations, information technology, and leadership development functions. Her in-depth knowledge of adult learning and instructional design, combined with her broad experience in performance consulting, virtual and traditional classroom facilitation, and talent management provide her with the range of skills to consult on any aspect of your company’s learning function.

Mia’s holds a Master of Training and Development (MTD) and a B.S. in Human Resource Development, both from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
