I am currently the HR Director for a large non-profit.  I am passionate about training and I am working to develop a solid course curriculum to support the Human Resource Representatives I oversee in my role.  I have a Bachelors in Multimedia Design and Development and a Master's in Human Resource Management and I have a particular interest in eLearning Development, having created several online courses.  I am interested in expanding my skills and creating effective and engaging course content.
