As a Talent and Organization Development Specialist at Pharmavite, I collaborate with various teams and vendors to deliver engaging and effective employee programs and initiatives. 

I have an HR Management Certification from UCLA, a BA in Theatre from the University of Southern California, and an AA in Drama/Theatre Arts and Education from the Miami Dade Honors College. I am pursuing an Instructional Design certification from the Association for Talent Development, which I will complete in August 2023. My creative background gives me a robust and continuous improvement mindset, and I am energized by changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
