Dean has substantial experience in instructional leadership, organizational leadership, and curriculum development. His primary focus has been instructional development and design having developed curriculum for on-ground and on-line learning with an emphasis in adult learning theories.
Having taught for well over twenty-two years as an instructor and manager in higher education, Dean is familiar with curriculum design, facilitating a number of professional development courses including a range of subjects such as leadership, professional and personal development, classroom management, curriculum development and methodological approaches for the traditional and virtual classrooms.
He has a proven record as a responsible manager and trainer of a team of educators in a post secondary educational environment. Throughout his career he has been successful managing multiple programs and resolving critical issues in a timely, cost effective manner.
Dean's highly developed communications, negotiations, organizational and interpersonal skills have enable him to cultivate positive relationships and valuable strategic alliances.
