I have direct responsibility for the design and development of curricula, communications and certification programs, including research and needs analysis. I also assist with the professional development of other instructional designers within our department.

I have a passion for education, and that is the theme that is woven throughout my interests and activities. I love spending my days creating meaningful content for employees in engaging delivery methods. I am an advocate for performance support - supporting our learners at the moment of need. 

My evenings are filled teaching Zumba at the gym or RCIA classes at church, balancing out the body, mind and spirit!
